Are you tired of photos of spring flowers yet? Well, that’s just TDB!
Inside, my house is void of the color red violet. Zip. Nada. Nuthin’. But outside…it’s a kaleidoscope of color these days. My dwarf lilac bushes are ready to pop, and I am soooo ready for their fragrance to drift into open widows. But before they show off their dainty lilac flowers, they tease with deep red-violet buds.
It’s such a relief to see signs of life again. Winter has a splendor of its own, but there’s just something comforting about watching nature wake up every Spring.
It’s like an affirmation the world is still hanging on, refusing to be silenced forever. That no matter how hard it gets, life will prevail.

great match, I think it’s funny that my cherry tree has buds the same color but will bloom to a pink-pink.

Spring has been slow arriving here, so I’m not tired of the blooms at all. Gorgeous photo!

Never tire of spring flowers. Never tire of color. My lilacs have nice fat buds, but no color showing. Yet. They will and I will breathe in deeply to catch their scent and treasure it.
