Well, it’s all over but the shouting. I still have a few of these marigolds hanging on, but most everything else is bedding down for the winter. The Autumn color has peaked and the leaves swirl in the air as the wind playfully blows them off their branches. While I’m sad the warm days are behind us for the year, I’m equally full of anticipation for the holidays. And in about 5 months, the bulbs I planted will begin to peek through the ground and announce spring’s arrival once again.
There’s a crayon called Dandelion now? Oh my! Obviously I have not maintained a relationship with crayons and now I am so out of date.
Five months till bulbs in bloom for you? How lucky you are. Try 7 months for us.
