What do you think?

But in the Twitterverse, eyesight isn’t exactly 20/20. At least a couple times a month I get a shout out for my amazing singing ability in a tweet. Evidently, my “thang” extends to singing with the Rolling Stones as well. Wow. Who would have thought.

Now, if you’ve hung around here for a while, you know that singing is NOT one of my God-given talents. So it’s amusing to me that these tweeters think I’m an amazingly talented R&B singer. After all, my Twitter home page looks like this:

I’m sure it’s an honest mistake.

I used to reply and tell them they dialed the wrong number, but gave up. Now I just smile and wonder just how long it’s going to take for them to figure it out on their own.

  1. LOL, that’s too funny! I’ve had a mistaken identity when going on interviews. My name also belongs to an older woman who likes face painting. At least you share yours with a R&B singer. 🙂
