A Butterfly Friday Find-July 12, 2013

We delight in the beauty of the butterfly, but rarely admit the changes it has gone through to achieve that beauty.

Every week, Kim over at Kim Klassen Cafe hosts Friday Finds. This week is Unexpected Gifts, and I’m sharing a pretty little thing Peanut’s Mama and I saw in our backyard. She lighted on a colorful beach towel while the kids were in the pool…possibly thinking there was some sort of snack to be found on such vibrant colors. She stayed just long enough for me to snap a pic or two before realizing her efforts were not going anywhere. So, she went somewhere…else.

Anytime a butterfly lands close by, I consider it an unexpected gift. And it always pays to always have a camera attached to your hand.
