Kim’s theme for Texture Tuesday is Light…Simply Light. When I had the idea for this shot, I was racing against the clock to have enough light in the room so I didn’t have to use a flash. I was also racing against a 5-year-old’s attention span and a 10-day old’s….well, that challenge is obvious.
But my interpretation of her theme lies more in the subject matter. Captured here are two of the brightest lights in my life. And I will do anything and everything within my power to ensure their happiness, health and safety.
