Friday Finds for the end of May

Where exactly did May go? Last I checked, it was April and we were still in the clutches of winter. Now, it’s almost June and we already have July temps. But, I’ve vowed NOT to complain about the heat this summer….noooooo, not after the Polar Vortex winter we just had.

Came across this quote when looking for something to go with this shot from Memorial Day at the great-grands house. Being married 50+ years, Entrepreneur’s parents have mastered the art of  making their time count and never passing up an opportunity to relax, refresh….and go fishing! They live their lives appreciating everything and everyone around them, looking to the future and not obsessing about the past.

  1. “Where exactly did May go?”

Lisa, I was saying the same thing earlier this week…where did May GO!?! And like you, we’ve already had some warm temps this month, however, the past few days they dropped down into the 50’s because we’ve had a lot of rain.

“They live their lives appreciating everything and everyone around them, looking to the future and not obsessing about the past.”

I love that attitude and outlook!

Have a super weekend, my friend!

    P.S. Great picture and words!
